Darkoun is a property marketplace built for Lebanon and the GCC — connecting verified agencies and agents directly with buyers and renters, with the local details that actually matter: fresh USD pricing, generator coverage, and neighborhoods people actually search for.
We built Darkoun to be a real CRM for agencies, not just a listings board — agencies manage their own team, their own leads, and their own listings, with tools that reflect how property actually gets bought, sold, and rented in this market.

How we use it: to operate the marketplace — matching buyers with agents, notifying agencies of leads, and improving the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data, your control: you can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us via the Contact page.
Third parties: Darkoun is built on Google Firebase for authentication and data storage. Photos and account data are stored on Firebase's infrastructure under their own data processing terms.

The platform: Darkoun provides a marketplace for property listings. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any property listed on the platform — all transactions are between buyers/renters and the listing agent or agency directly.
Accounts: agencies and agents are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings and contact information. Darkoun reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms, including fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings.
Verified badge: a "Verified" listing indicates it has been reviewed by Darkoun's admin team, not that Darkoun has independently confirmed ownership or legal status of the property.
Limitation of liability: Darkoun is provided "as is" during this testing period. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on listing information, agent conduct, or platform downtime.
